It was the first time that we have used yourselves or any other “independent” company,
We have definitely missed out! Everything from the pick up at Geneva
to the drop off after the holiday was spot on. The Chalet was kept very
clean and comfortable by the lads, Thank you. The food………………Annie you
can cook girl.. We all said on the way home that we will be back and
will recommend you to everyone we know, Thanks all again see you next

I wish to congratulate you on your fantastic team in
the ph1 chalet in Les Arcs, i was a little nervous at first in going
on a boarding holiday on my own but Jim, Annie and the guys there
were fantastic and i felt that the atmoshere which you/ they had
created was full of enthusiasm yet very relaxed. The whole holiday

Just a quick email to say thanks to you and the rest of the gang
for a great week, we all thoroughly enjoyed it! We enjoyed it so
much that we are interested in perhaps looking to book up for a week
with you during the summer. Could you please let me have an idea
of costs for a week in August - accommodation, activities, passes,
equipment etc. We would mainly be interested in wake boarding and
mountain biking. Thanks James.
We didn’t know what to expect in terms of a catered chalet,
but I can honestly say that we were very pleased with everything.
The food was fantastic so a big THANKS to Dan, also to Vance for
getting up to do the brekkie … Dave and Gavin, top blokes
and cheers again for the days they came out to guide for us.. I
know I missed Gavs tour of VT, but I know the other lads benefited
from it. All in all we all had an excellent weeks boarding and would
certainly consider Pleisure again in the future.
I guess the only
negatives on my part are that we did not understand fully that there
was no dinner on Wednesday. Also my room (4) was right above the
bar … But then I guess going to bed at 10.30
isn’t the usual at the Chalet !! and the flip side is we were
just really grateful for getting our own rooms, as we appreciate
you didn’t have to do that for us.
Anyway, I hope you have
a great ‘rest of season’ and
please say a big thank you to everyone at Pleisure for making our

and Annie manage things so smoothly whilst at the same time making
everybody feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and
we really appreciated all the hard work that went in to making us

I just wanted to write to you and tell you what an enjoyable time
I had with you guys a couple of weeks ago. It was my 8th week all
in all on the snow and just wanted to say it was the best time of
all. We were very lucky to find accommodation to house 17 (I think)
of us but even more lucky to be looked after by both Adam & Becky
and Gemma and Jason. All four of them made our holiday a special
one. You must be very proud that they represent your company so well
and are such fantastic members of your team - they even managed to
get bacon for Glen!
Particular thanks to Adam for 'helping me' break
my snowboard and helping me choose another one ;) He'll be pleased
to know that I justified my spending to my girlfriend and that my
legs remain intact!! Everything about the holiday was fantastic.
The transfers, the food, the hospitality, The Bar, the tobganing
- EVERYTHING!!! The chalets themselves were also wonderful - very
clean and tidy and most importantly, homely... The only bad thing
about the holiday was that we had to come home.Thank you to all the
Pleisure team and will definatley recommend your company and look
forward to seeing you soon (if you'll have us back) Karl
We just wanted to let you know what a great holiday we had last week
in Les Arcs... We had an awesome trip! We thought the chalet was
excellent and we really loved Les Arcs and La Plagne. Snow, sun,
fresh powder and an excellent park we kinda had the whole package!
We had great company, all the guys up there really make you feel
welcome, and Annie ensured we were always more than well fed with
some really great food! Im sure you get loads of feedback but we
just wanted to make sure you know what an awesome job everyone is
doing up at PH1... we cant wait to take another trip with you guys

Thanks for another fantastic holiday. The chalets were fabulous
(especially the new 'penthouse', although the stairs nearly killed
me!). Becky and Adam were really wonderful hosts, and we benefited
from Gemma's cooking and Jason's guiding too. As ever, the food was
delicious, the staff were both professional and friendly, and they
couldn't do enough for us. I'd also like to mention the staff at
The Bar, who were great too. The only feedback I have, is that the
pillows on the beds were massively inferior. Sounds like a small
thing, but it was a hot topic of conversation during the week, please
consider investing in some new, better quality ones. I'd also like
to make a suggestion- when you have theme nights at The Bar, why
not email the guests booked for that week to tell them? If we'd known
about the 'Stars In Their Eyes' night, we would have come prepared

Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks for the brilliant time we
had out in Peisey despite the lack of snow. Loved the set up of the
place and all the staff there were fantastic as well as fantastic
food. Big thanks to Jim, Annie, Paul, Matt and Dan for making the
stay there so enjoyable. (Straight arm drinking is coming to Bristol

Firstly, we all had a great time - there have been mutterings about
missing it already amongst us. So I'd like to thank everyone out
there:
Tom & Frank for looking after us in the Martel;
Gav for guiding us across the 3 valleys and back (to Meribel......);
Most of the Pleisure staff for getting horribly drunk most nights
with us;
I'll obviously have to mention "de management" too; for
making everything run so smoothly for us.
The list could go on and on and I apologise to anyone I haven't mentioned.
Finally, I've enjoyed my holidays with Pleisure so much, and like
the attitude of the company I'd like to get a job with you for a
season. Once again thanks for the great holiday - can't wait to hit

Thanks very much for an awsome holiday. i had so much fun and really
enjoyed staying at the Sapin. Everyone was awsome, and many thanks
for the lift to the airport the other day. i managed to get on an
earlier flight so didnt have to stick around in the airport at all.

Firstly without waffling on we had a fantastic time so thanks so
much to you three and Paul, Kelly and Gav. The food / accommodation
/ location ( / other guests!) were great etc but what really made
it was that you guys put yourself out to make sure everything went

another fantastic Biking holiday at Chalet Sapin, this was my 3rd
visit and still I can find new trails and other stuff I haven't done.
The food as always was great (thanks to Clare). I hope that you don't
