Just a quick email to say thanks for a fantastic first holiday in the snow. Everything was absolutely spot on and I'm still smiling from the memories. Special thanks must definitely go to Leon, Ashley, Vance and Mouse as the food and service was absolutely spot on and far better than i expected. Gavin was absolutely amazing. Having never been on a mountain he made me feel extremely safe and comfortable at all times and was never out of sight. So definitely an invaluable member of staff. Hopefully i might get over again this season, so i'll see you then. Many thanks for a fantastic time. Sean Reid

I know Sean has already mailed you but I too wanted to say a huuugggeeee thanks for an amazing few days with you! I had the best time and learnt so much from both my lesson with Rob (top guy!) and riding with the others. Can you please pass on my thanks to all your staff especially Gavin and Leon who had to cope with me up the mountain and encouraged me all the way. They were great and made my trip feel so much more relaxed - many laughs along the way!!. A big thanks to Mouse for the ace food and to Ashely for making me feel really at home with the cups of tea!

I have been away a few time to the snow and can honestly say had the best few days and learnt so much with you guys who are all clearly so passionate about what you do.

Still don't want to believe that our wonderful holiday is over - had a fantastic time staying at the Laurangere, really appreciating Richard's fab culinary skills ( he even converted some fussy eaters!), the good company , Dan's help and other general assistance (especially Gav - got you a mention there mate). Just had to say a massive thanks for the best 2 weeks I could have imagined, highlighted by how grumpy and depressed I was to go home on Xmas eve! My sulk was only slightly lifted a couple of days later by the usual joy/chaos that only 4 young nephews & a niece can bring at Christmas but now it's back to the harsh reality of the day job (for 6 weeks until Bulgaria anyway). On paper, after knackering my ankle on the second day and not being able to enjoy or improve my riding as much as I'd liked the trip just shouldn't have been that much fun. I'm know you'll have heard it a thousand times before but all credit must go to you and the excellent team you've put together, everything was just awesome. Jon Stanley

Firstly I'd like to thank you and your team for putting on a great holiday for me and our group. Without doubt the best snowboarding holiday I've been on to date (I've been on 7 previous ones too!)! Food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. A big thanks for saving our dinner on our first day after out plane was delayed, fixing my board after I bounced off a boulder etc, I could go on and on but suffice to say everyone's whim and need was catered for. I now look with great impatience at the coming year for the next chance to get back out there.  Hope you have a great remainder of the season and be seeing you later in the year and some of next year (hopefully!!). thanks for an excellent holiday (again)!!! I meant to email following our new year's trip to the Pleisure chalet at Courchevel, to say what a great time we had. A quick word to say thanks for the best skiing holiday yet. I really enjoyed myself. The atmosphere in the chalet was excellent, the food was superb as usual and my meager ability has improved so I did not scare myself so much. I didn't want to go home on Monday, but Annie told me the Chalet was full. Either that or she wanted to see the back of me. I missed the Murzig and it's a pity I did not get to see you Pete, perhaps next time. The absence of Murzig was probably a good thing. Just wanted to say thank you to all you guys at pleisure for such a great holiday.  Thank you to everyone who guided us, fed us etc! and esp to Dan and Rich - they worked so hard, we had such a blast at Laurangere!  Aylin and I had such an ace time.....is soooo bad being back in the UK. Just a BIG THANKYOU from us for the last 7 days - everything from the transfers, accommodation, food, and hospitality and snowboarding was just brilliant.  Suffice to say, we're already planning out next trip!! Yunus, Emily and Ted.

Hi there.  Just a quick line - that I meant to write when I got back, and then forgot - to say we all really had a great time out at the Martel. Thanks for sorting the assorted baby accessories...  it all went even better than I could have hoped, so feel free to use the attached pic in your advertising! The other thing I really wanted to say - and for you to pass on - was that Leon and Andy set a new standard for Pleisure chalet staff. The people you use are always brill, but these two were the best out of all the staff I've had looking after me on the four trips I've been out with you.  Everyone couldn't get over how helpful and friendly they both were, and Andy's cooking is still a major topic of conversation. You're lucky Rachel didn't kidnap him! So, thanks again. You know I'll be back, Take care, and enjoy the rest of the season. Howard

Just wanted to drop a quick email to you and let you know just how impressive the team you have at PH One Les Arcs is. Whilst on our trip in early Feb, no new snow fell, the pistes were rock hard, one of the lads got carted off the mountain with a concussion, and I broke my wrist. However, we still had an absolutely amazing holiday, and the staff were responsible for this in no small part.

Dan - really friendly and helpful from the moment he picked us up at the airport. When Luke got his concussion, Dan took things in hand and sorted everything out and we're very grateful to him for that.

Paul - Really nice guy, nothing too much trouble and very approachable - I think that's an important quality for staff to have.

Chris - Proper character and always smiling, ready to have a laugh with the guests; which is infectious.

Annie - her cooking was amazing! A really great hostess. Went out of her way to make sure we had anything we needed.

Jim - a great chalet manager; if there were any problems at the chalet, we wouldn't have known because it was very well run. Sorted out our Parapenting, and also our go on the mono-bob at La Plagne (which was absolutely brilliant). 

All of them are an absolute credit to your business. Please pass on our thanks from John, Sean and Luke (the three scousers). John Duffy

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the pleisure team at Sapin. Such a great service from the moment we arrived with the guidance on the slopes to the great food and the entertainment in the evenings with Lewis juggling on the balance board!!

Had a great time in Peisey this year and will be looking to go to the Courcheval chalet next year. Cheers to your guys there - they made it a great week, the only downers were one room smelled like a sewer (dunno what happened there!), and the beds were a bit small for me (I'm 6'3"!) We had an excellent week, Vance and Ash are fantastic hosts and all the other staff were really friendly and helpful. Apart from the snowboarding and huge amount of snow my best bit was the team outing to the spa at hotel carlina up in 1850.

Just a quick email, now its back to reality in England, to say thanks for everything you all did for us on a trip to Courchevel. We all had a wonderful time, the food was lovely, the accommodation was good, the company was smashing and Leon and Simon were spot on. The snow was good, at times, and the bus service was bit hit and miss but I know thats out of your control. I am in the throws of trying to get a posse together for next year. Thanks again for making it a trip to remember and if you could pass our thanks onto Simon and Leon I would appreciate it. Rich Browning

Further to my week at the Sapin chalet last week (had a great time by the way, thank you), Just a thought but I think that future clients should be warned, if in room 2, that it is right above the bar that sleeping prior to midnight is impossible. Secondly, the room lets in cigarette smoke from the bar. We didn't mind to much as everything else was great but we just wanted to make sure that you know. Katherine

Just a quick one to say it's the best hol I have been on the food was great the accomo was great along with the staff. You all work that hard some even need 40 WINKS in the morning to recover. Can’t remember if I dropped you a line after my holiday or not. Just to say it was fab!! Best snowboarding holiday yet – the chalet crew (Peisey) were brilliant - the best I’ve ever stayed with. Friendly, good laugh, bent over backwards to help everyone. Good food etc. etc. Trying to sort out a group this yr, but will probably take a lot of doing. If I can persuade people to go to Les Arcs then I’ll be giving you a ring. Chris O’neil
